This change is evident from the influx of startups in the EV industry – Ola Electric, Ather Energy, Simple One, Yulu, Revolt, and many others.

One such startup in the spotlight today is Earth Energy EV.

The company produces electric vehicles across categories like motorcycles, scooters, and other commercial vehicles. It has a dedicated manufacturing and R&D facility in the outskirts of Mumbai city.

Earth Energy EV currently has the following offerings:

What’s next?

The offerings by Earth Energy EV are yet to hit the market and are up for pre-booking. The company’s manufacturing facility in Maharashtra has the ability to manufacturer 46,000 units in a year, with scope for more eventually.

The pandemic had delayed the company’s sales plans, but the company is all set to accelerate its operations. Recently, the company announced that it appointed distributors in 10 states in the country to reach out to consumers in the prime markets. You can expect to see the vehicles on the road by mid-2022.

The company is entering a super-competitive space, and it is to see how this “VocalForLocal” brand performs in the future.
